Enjoy a fun breakfast with this Keto French Toast! Made with my high-protein, Zero Carb Bread

– Zero Carb Bread  – Eggs – Unsweetened almond milk – Vanilla – Cinnamon – Powdered monk fruit sweetener

YOU'LL NEED:

STEP 1:

Into a shallow dish, add the eggs, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Also add 1 tablespoon of monk fruit sweetener, if desired. Whisk together well.

STEP 2:

Dip each slice of bread into the egg batter, allowing it to soak for about 30 seconds. Cook both sides for 2-3 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
