Crockpot Asian Chicken

You’ll adore how easy this Crockpot Asian Chicken is to make, the bold flavors, and the versatility!

Chicken breasts Coconut aminos Tomato paste Sesame oil Monk fruit sweetener Rice wine vinegar Garlic & Ginger Sriracha sauce Sea salt

YOU'LL NEED:

STEP 1:

Add all of the sauce ingredients into a small bowl or large measuring cup, and whisk to combine well

STEP 2:

Add chicken to a crockpot, and drizzle on the sauce. Slow cook on low for 4 hours.

STEP 3:

Use two forks to shred the chicken. This can be done right in the crockpot!

STEP 4:

Garnish the chicken with green onions or cilantro, and a generous sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds! See notes for serving suggestions!
