Breakfast Salads

Greens Vegetables  Berries  Nuts or seeds Eggs Bacon or use sausage

YOU'LL NEED:

Olive oil Balsamic vinegar Lemon juice Thyme Salt and pepper

YOU'LL NEED: DRESSING

STEP 1:

Add all ingredients for dressing to a jar and shake well. Use about 1 tablespoon per salad.

STEP 2:

Start building a breakfast salad by choosing any type of greens.

STEP 3:

Add veggies to the salad. Veggies can be sauteed or added raw.

STEP 4:

Add optional berries to the salad. Choose healthy fats, such as avocado, nuts or seeds.

STEP 5:

If choosing to add bacon or sausage, cook to package directions.

STEP 6:

Top salads with an egg prepared any way.
