The perfect Chia Seed Crackers, made from just seeds! I love these grain free crackers on their own, as salad toppers, or as a crunchy side to my soups.

Chia seeds Hemp seeds Sesame seeds Pumpkin seeds Sunflower seeds Salt

YOU'LL NEED:

STEP 1:

Combine seeds and sea salt in a bowl, and stir to mix them together. Add water, and allow the seeds to soak for 5-10 minutes.

STEP 2:

Add the cracker dough between a large folded sheet of parchment. Bake the crackers for 30 minutes.

STEP 3:

Break the crackers into smaller pieces for serving and storing.

Bake them up plain, or add herbs and garlic for a customized flavor.
