Cauliflower Hummus

Enjoy this delicious Cauliflower Hummus with fresh veggies or crackers!

To the baking tray, add cauliflower. Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil, and then season it with sea salt, thyme, and black pepper.

STEP 1

Add cauliflower to a food processor bowl, along with tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Process the cauliflower hummus for 3-4 minutes.

STEP 2

Garnish with an extra drizzle of olive oil, some paprika, and optionally some chopped parsley.
