Almond flour Flax meal Cinnamon Baking soda Sea salt Beaten

YOU'LL NEED:

Monk fruit sweetener Greek yogurt Banana Vanilla extract Walnuts

STEP 1:

In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all of the dry ingredients, and stir to combine.

STEP 2:

In a large mixing bowl, add the wet ingredients, and whisk until incorporated.

STEP 3:

Add the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients, and stir until all of the dry ingredients are mixed in.

STEP 4:

If desired, add nuts. We love walnuts in this bread!

STEP 5:

Pour the batter into the pan, and top with a few additional chopped walnuts, if desired.

While bananas are too high in sugar to be keto, this bread is infused with real banana flavor, but since 1 banana flavors the whole loaf, it’s low enough in carbs for a keto diet.
