Add chicken to a marinating container

Grill chicken over medium heat, flipping occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 155º F.

Add all dressing ingredients to a jar, and shake to combine.

Combine the cabbage, carrots, and peppers in a large salad bowl.

Pour dressing over the mixture. Toss to evenly coat vegetables.
