Avocado Chocolate Pudding

This healthy, sugar-free avocado pudding is high in fiber and fully of rich chocolatey flavor! We love this topped with raspberries and a touch of whipped cream.

Avocados Cocoa powder Monk fruit sweetener Almond milk  Vanilla extract

YOU'LL NEED:

STEP 1:

Cut the avocados, and scrape the flesh into a food processor bowl. Add almond milk, and vainilla. 

STEP 2:

Add monk fruit sweetener, and cocoa powder.

STEP 3:

Process until very smooth

STEP 4:

Store in airtight containers for up to 3 days refrigerated.
