Cauliflower rice Cheddar cheese  Eggs Almond flour Sea salt Black pepper  Avocado oil

YOU'LL NEED:

STEP 1:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well to form a batter. 

STEP 2:

Add avocado oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the patties on each side until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes per side. Reduce heat if they are browning too quickly
