The Best Keto Cranberry Sauce
Cranberries, in small amounts, can be included on a low carb or keto diet, as long as you keep the portion size small!
This healthy, low carb cranberry sauce is made with a monk fruit sweetener and whole cranberries – that’s it!
No turkey dinner should go without cranberries! They are the perfect tangy compliment.
How to Make Cranberry Sauce
Step 1: Add the cranberries, water, and sweetener to a small saucepan. Heat the ingredients over medium heat, until the mixture is simmering. Allow to simmer about 5 minutes, until most of the cranberries have popped.
Step 2: Allow the cranberries to cool. The pectin in the fruit will thicken the mixture as it cools.

Are you using Liquid monkfruit or granulated?
I use liquid to sweeten coffee because it doesn’t have erythritol added in.
Michelle Miller says
This is a granulated monk fruit sweetener that does contain erythritol. If you avoid erythritol, which some people should!, then definitely try monk fruit drops — but you would need far less. Just sweeten to taste. I think the pectin in the cranberries will thicken it fine without needing to add anything else.
